I am a woman and motherhood-centered life coach and reiki master dedicated to helping women and mothers transition from feeling stuck, overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected, to feeling in flow, aligned, supported and fulfilled.

My holistic 'top-down/bottom-up' approach blends several common methods into one. This includes implementing strategies and tools (top-down) to help women establish structures that immediately move them toward their desired life or outcome. Simultaneously, I guide them through inner work and root healing (bottom-up) that leads to sustained adaptability, transformation, and long-lasting change.

Moon circles are held on the new moon or full moon, and include guided meditations, self-inquiry journaling, and rituals that are aligned with the energy and themes of the moon’s zodiac sign. Each circle includes an enchanting hands-on activity (creating a moon water spritzer, herbal moon tea, spell sachet, etc.) that the participant gets to take home at the end of the night.

Milestone & celebration ceremonies are a time to pause, reflect, and hold space for a special milestone or celebration (e.g. becoming a new mom, honoring a motherhood anniversary, ending breastfeeding or pumping, celebrating a birthday, etc.). These ceremonies are a sacred space where she can feel all the feels, and release, celebrate, and honor what has been and/or what is to come. Each ceremony is beautifually unique and customized to the milestone or celebration event and recipient; these can be done as a solor event or as a group event with up to 6 people.

I began doing this my first year of motherhood. I found that as I entered this portal into this new chapter of my life, my practice around new years goals and intentions changed, and I felt a deep desire for a more grounded, soul and values-led approach to visioning my year ahead. One that included the intricacies of motherhood, honoring myself, my partner, and my new role as caretaker to a small child, and that wove in a deeper sense of connection and knowing from within.

We’ll be working with the cosmic energy of 1/11 and the manifestation energy of the first new moon of 2024 (a beautiful synchronicity that these happen to align on the same date this year, creating a powerful time for intention-setting) to connect deep within, align with our innermost values and desires, and create a soul-led vision and guide for the year to come.
