By getting baby comfortable and familiar with the parents’ touch, infant massage can help grow the bond between baby and parents. By communicating through touch, infant massage can help baby with muscular development & growth, mind & body awareness, gas & colic relief, and improve sleep patterns.

In this hour-long class, we will go over on how to create a calm atmosphere, specific massage techniques for baby, knowing correct pressure to apply and tuning in to your baby’s cues.
